Project 10 is a structured 10-week Bootcamp designed to help you become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.

With 20 Bootcamp training sessions over 10 weeks, Project 10 also has a huge focus on your health and lifestyle habits.

Rather than trying to change everything at once, Project 10 breaks health and fitness down into 10 mini projects, each focusing on one key area at a time. This allows you to build sustainable habits, improve consistency and create results that last long after the programme ends.

How Project 10 Works

Each week, you’ll focus on one specific area of health. You’ll learn what actually matters, why it matters and how to apply it in a way that fits your lifestyle.

The programme is progressive and practical. Every project builds on the last, helping you stack habits instead of feeling overwhelmed. Each week, you will have a different focus, new challenges and tasks, plus the opportunity to check in at the end of the week to update your progress.

Set clear, meaningful goals and build the habits that drive long-term success.

2. Hydration
Learn how proper hydration supports performance, energy, digestion and recovery.

3. Protein
Understand protein intake, portioning, and how to fuel your body effectively.

Build routines that work around your real life, not against it.

5. Strength & Muscle
Develop strength, muscle, and confidence through effective training.

6. Alcohol
Understand the impact of alcohol and how to manage it without guilt or restriction.

7. Carbs & Fats
Demystify nutrition and learn how to use carbs and fats to support your goals.

8. Sleep & Recovery
Improve sleep quality and recovery to support progress, health and wellbeing.

9. Cardiovascular Health
Boost fitness, heart health, and stamina in a sustainable way.

10. Next Steps & Long-Term Goals
Create a clear plan to maintain momentum and continue progressing beyond the 10 weeks.
